It's a government entity.

The ANC is one of the most corrupt and incompetent governments in the world.

Yeah I would rather believe Afriforum.

I don't know, not a fan on the FF+, but I am in property. Over 76% of buyers applying for a bond are African and that has been like that for more than few years now. Currently in Gauteng the average buyer is unmarried African women in the age range of 30-35.

So I don't think they are that way out with their calculations.

The Deeds office doesn't keep racial classifier data as per se, but the last few years they have forced conveyancers to provide that information so that they can back the government's claim of the 76%, the actual figures are not showing that hence why they don't get shared....

When collecting stats filling in the forms in pencil then later seeing those same people sitting with an eraser and a pencil changing answers. Stats SA is not reputable.

You shouldn't cling to Afriforum's data, but it will likely be streets ahead of StatsSA in accuracy.

Personally I'd rather look at IRR and AgriSA figures. Anyhoo, if we're anywhere near 21%, we're in deep sh!te.
