Vuma Reach Fibre - Mitchell's Plain/Strandfontein

We will be monitoring the NAT environment tonight to determine whether any further occurrences are observed.
The team has reviewed the session data from the past three days and identified a small number of drops on the CPT NAT infrastructure during the reported time periods over the weekend. The packet loss observed in the shared pingplotter results also appears to correlate with the NAT hops along those paths.

Hi. @squirrttlle @Nikkel @Maveric12

Apologies for the delay in providing feedback.

We used our profiles for investigation and found that a different NAT server is serving each user.
Based on our findings, we concluded that these cases should be handled individually, and a ticket should be logged with the FNO where necessary.

Vuma's tech guys paid a visit to my home this morning while I was at work. They replaced the +-7 router old router.... things feels a bit snappier and better than before but there's still some packet loss on pingplotter...

FYI...

New router only has 2 ethernet ports compared to 4 on the old one

I stand to be corrected... logging in to switch off wifi as I use my own router... I don't remember seeing two wifi bands on the old one... there's 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz bands in the wireless section and number of wireless devices can be bumped up to more... how much I'm not too sure as it shows *1 - 32* so I'm assuming 32 devices

How does the losses look like to 169.1.2.59 if you see loss to 1.1.1.1?
