Standard Bank uCount

The hassle is just not worth it any more.
Was meant to get a couple of thousand rands worth of points today, but they have suspended all my rewards due to a problem with my Std Bank Vehicle & Asset Finance account. Problem is I don't have, nor have I ever had, a VAF account. Yet a must contact both VAF and general banking to confirm this and tell them to sort it, when they can also not pick up anything and are at a loss of what they must do. So what now Ucounts?

Do you still need to go into branches to sort this out?
 
The goals and gains they've been giving me in past couple of months are useless.
"SPEND R1500 AND GET R20 VOUCHER" for a store that I never buy from - fuggem!
 
Help a noob out. What is the difference between signature banking and FNB Private in terms of ucount?

Ucount is Standard Bank and FNB is ebucks, no idea what you are asking ?

Can;t speak for FNB but standard bank has a lot of hoops to jump though assume so does FNB, just a note for the Airport Lounge access you now needs to spend like R20k on your credit card for standard bank.

Fnb does, but they don't charge you for it

Apologies for the typo... I meant standard Bank private
 
There is no difference in Ucount earn and level requirements between the Prestige and Private levels.
 
I received 2 sms messages, one in April and another in May with a WiCode valued at R400 in each SMS, from standard bank allocated to Spur,I do not know if that is true, have not tried it, but expiry is in 2019 so that in itself sounds fake.

I would more align it with, SB Prestige matches FNB Premier but you do get a dedicated contact person to assist you and the SB Private matches the FNB private.
