I find it much easier to make waffles, same batter (a little bit less runny), and then you can give it a nice crisp. But pancakes are also amazing

Little bit thicker pancakes with Vetkoek Mince and loads of grated cheese, rolled up quickly so the cheese can melt inside.

Savory but brilliant.
