Indeed, my own invention.
1st off, the koeksuster - only bestie vervoed pedigree will do (those big fat ones, crisp outside & juicy within) .
Chuck one of those big boys into a food processor & chop - you are wanting marble size pieces.
Then blend into a tub of extra creamy vanilla ice cream.

Make your pancakes, spoon in the joy of bestie vervoed, roll & feast.
