Hahahaha going in store for a battle is a test of patience, You call them for wrong order and the manager tells you to come to the store.
You arrive at help desk and no one knows which manager answered the call. When the manager is found, she apologies and tells you she needs to contact head office first and after the head office call, they ask if you want a refund, replacement or credits but what ever option you choose you will need to fill in the forms .
Then they have to find another manager to take you to the till to do what ever authorization on the slip by then you are now more worried about
people looking at you thinking maybe you stole something than a simple order correction
