Hayi wena you mean "discount for immediate payment in cash".I don't see anywhere on that list that states the bribe amounts in relation to each other.
Zim got their independence 14 years before us. Give us time. This is what i like about driving in SA, Structure and a bit of organization. In Zimbabwe complying with the Law and having your vehicle roadworthy, everything on point and driving like a law abiding citizen is a crime..... Payable to the officer immediately... in Cash only.

I will believe it when I see it.hahahah i will still go with your demerit system compared to the system in zimbabwe.
You do not have to see it lol... Take my word for it. The driving system in Zimbabwe is bad.I will believe it when I see it.
I mean the demerit system. I've been hearing about this thing for 20 years. Am yet to see it though with my own eyes. You do not have to see it lol... Take my word for it. The driving system in Zimbabwe is bad.

Zim has good road laws its the corruption that is allowed top down that is the problem. Same with Mozambique, they make it up as they go even if you ask them to show you the law they just say the laws mean nothing.hahahah i will still go with your demerit system compared to the system in zimbabwe.
Like I said, 14 years bro. Can only compare SA traffic cops to Zim in 2040.Zim has good road laws its the corruption that is allowed top down that is the problem. Same with Mozambique, they make it up as they go even if you ask them to show you the law they just say the laws mean nothing.
ZA is already well on its way to that so it doesn't matter what laws are written.
