This is what i like about driving in SA, Structure and a bit of organization. In Zimbabwe complying with the Law and having your vehicle roadworthy, everything on point and driving like a law abiding citizen is a crime..... Payable to the officer immediately... in Cash only.

Zim has good road laws its the corruption that is allowed top down that is the problem. Same with Mozambique, they make it up as they go even if you ask them to show you the law they just say the laws mean nothing.

ZA is already well on its way to that so it doesn't matter what laws are written.
