The Automobile Association supports the introduction of mandatory annual roadworthiness tests for private cars in South Africa.

Currently over 70% of drivers aren't even insured in SA, now they want to introduce an mot thing

I'd love to see how many road accidents are caused by roadworthy issues... I am pretty sure it is low and the money can be better spent on other areas of enforcement.
