I just watched the video. What a joke. Imagine thinking that living in a country with a failing government and failing services was some sort of plus because you become "State Proof" by having to pay for all these services privately, or by purchasing your own infrastructure.

He compares the NHS to private medical in SA - there's private medical in the UK too, and it's a lot better. The appropriate comparison would be SA state medical.

The "enclave" of safety argument is also nonsense. Yes, there are places in SA that are much safter than the general country, but the same is true in every country, it's just that the base rate has changed.
