Pick n Pay grows its online grocery delivery business by 37.6%

Pick n Pay revealed that its turnover for its on-demand platform Asap! and Pick n Pay groceries on Mr D increased by 37.6%.

The retailer said that the growth was supported by continued investment in operational capability and the roll-out of a next-generation Asap! platform during the year.

I want to scream when I have to deal with PnP. It is almost like the people on the ground don't care and just go through the motions.

I can't order for dinner via ASAP because the chances of you getting the meat is like 33%. You can't choose an alternative for butchery items so you have to get lucky with the type and the portion size you choose. And if the meat doesn't arrive then the rest of your meal plans just collapse. And this is a failure of standardization at the butcheries, failure in the app and then just frekkin a failure of logic of everybody involved. But no. They don't care. You ordered and it wasn't there so they didn't charge you for the item so everything is OK and they don't have to improve.
