Goodbye DStv — 10 streaming services for the price of DStv Premium

South Africans with a suitable Internet connection can subscribe to 10 streaming services and still pay less than the DStv Premium streaming-only plan.

At R799 per month, DStv Premium is MultiChoice's most expensive package, offering subscribers access to several exclusive channels, including SuperSport channels that aren't available on lower tiers.

It's actually a 12 month contract not a 24 month to get the R699 deal. With that you get 3 x streams and 1 is mobile only.

IF you don't want a contract, you can still get it for R699 pm, month to month by disconnecting the mobile stream which leaves you with only 2 anywhere streams.

It is effectively impossible to match DStv Premium’s live sports content with sports streaming services for less than R799 per month.

Their new channel Novelas+ is worse. They have shown the same episode 6 to 8 times a day since the channel launched on the 1st of July. They launched a whole channel just to show 4 shows/novals on it and repeat them over and over and over.

Besides sport, only things I ever watch now are an occasional science doccie or about 1 out of 6 Carte Blanches.
