Communications minister Solly Malatsi responds to Starlink State Capture allegations

Communications minister Solly Malatsi confirmed that he met with Starlink once in 2024, shortly after President Cyril Ramaphosa appointed him to Cabinet.

“I have met once with a representative of SpaceX, Starlink’s parent company, Ryan Goodnight. The meeting took place in September 2024,” Malatsi stated.

Funny how when there was ACTUAL state capture all the beneficiaries were mum... now that Starlink's name is mentioned everyone has put a halo on and can't believe the possibility of corruption... the horror!
