Hi there, apologies for the delay, not sure how I missed this.
This could indicate a poor connection to the exchange. I do also see your fibre levels have changed recently from around -24db /-21db to -27.5/-26.5db, so this could be the reason why.

If you are not getting any performance impact , then I wouldn't be too worried, but I would recommend logging a ticket so that Vuma can improve the Fibre levels a bit

Thanks for the info, I see Vuma is here just outside my house and the internet was down for a bit and now it's back up. I didn't log a ticket so I guess they picked it up on their own, but now that it's back up it's not flashing orange anymore so I think they must have fixed it. Out of curiousity would you be able to see what my current optical levels are? Thanks.

Still seems to be a bit bordeline, at -27.7dB/-25.9dB compared to where it was before, but as I look at it again, it was around -25.5dB/23.2dB in March, so must have slowly worsened over time since then, and was as good as -24.6dB/-21.9dB back in Dec 2025

But again, if you don't notice performance issues, then I wouldn't be too worried, but within the next few months it may need to be improved again.
