In fact, it took almost two years simply to obtain approval for the foundations
No thanks, the 2 years indicate to me that there is dolomite directly underneath the property.
 
Rates and taxes feel low for a house and property that size. Either they are not paying enough or everyone else is paying to much...
 
Pretty dated. Low ceilings. They also made the “build cabinets around the TV - they’re not going to get any bigger” mistake.

Nice on the outside though. One problem is that even renovating isn’t going to do much good because of the low ceilings. Perhaps they can remove some rooms upstairs and create a double height space.
