The Post Office took 4 months to notify us about a parcel we had already collected

The SA Post Office delivered a parcel notification slip to one of MyBroadband’s testers four months after they had already collected the item from the branch.

In mid-December 2025, we conducted a parcel delivery test by sending two parcels from Centurion to Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth): one with the Post Office and one using a The Courier Guy locker.

My daughter ordered something from Temu - took 4 trips to post office before we finally got it.

Depends who "he" is - the recipient or the general manager...

If you look at the slip it was stamped six days before the parcel was collected.
