Oldest working tech or appliance in your house that you refuse to replace?

Kelvinator Fridge from 1977. Wedding gift to my parents from my great-grandparents.

its in its 4th home now, probably its 15th light bulb and the 3rd set of seals, but everything still works.

Its our garage fridge now to keep extra meat, cooldrinks and milk.

It is going to outlive me, I am sure, even though its 5 years older than me.

I got one when I went to college. There was nothing quite like having a Foreman grill at three in the morning. That thing was extensively used, it dripped, and still works to this day though unused.
Legend. Mine fell as well with bits broken off yet still going strong.

An ex bought me an LG microwave around 2010 (present and still in use). Prior to that was the defy microwave from 1990 (got from parents when I moved out; donated to the groundskeeper).

Also had a Defy top loader from the early 90's (the manual mentions fuzzy logic which was a thing when microprocessors became a thing in appliances) that was pretty good, but upgraded to a Bosch front loader about 18 months ago (donated to a member of staff).

My dishwasher (Kelvinator) has been around since 2011 -- had to strip it and clean the drain motor assembly and ensuing water leaks because 1 hose came lose, twice, until I changed the clamp) and used 2-3 times a week.

Somehow my fridges don't last more than 8 years. The toasted sandwich makers usually don't last more than a year (always the front clip breaks).

The farmhouse I took ownership of has some really old General Electric appliances including a fridge from the 60s that is still going strong and will probably outlast me.

For the fridge one, modern fridges had a pretty good boost in efficiency in the late 2000s and then again mid 2010s about.

So fridges that are over 20 years, do check the power bill and see if it's worth running.

I have a fridge from the 80s at grandparents old place, right now unplugged as I only use it if there for the weekend. It's usage is so high that it's like a year power difference is the same as a new cheap fridge, plus it would be a lot quieter (not really an issue there, though is one in my current apartment. I have a 2008 one that hits around 45dB in open plan, and modern, if quiet design, are 32-40dB, every 10dB is a doubling and power usage break even is like 4 years).

Mostly don't have very old electronics as started from scratch, but stuff like one of the earlier induction stoves in grandparents place, or microwave from the 90s where it already had all the functions and a nice interface, would love to get from parents. Modern microwaves controls and stuff just often suck.

Also have kitchen mixer for baking from 90s.

1950's Singer electric sewing machine with a comprehensive set of attachments that my late mother left me. I have used it to make seat covers for my 1960's classic motorcycles, such as my 1969 Honda 750 K0.51553.png

A Sansui Hifi from the early 1980s. Individual components . When they made really good products . Some caps had to be replaced in the amp, but it's still going strong paired with KEF speakers from the late 90s.

Though my Sonos system around the house is most used now.
