Disney Plus is so terrible I'm shocked

I decided to pay so my child could watch some Disney stuff. I'm beyond annoyed. It's unusable.
4K is locked behind TVs for some weird reason.
There's no PiP.
There's no autoplay next episode.

This one shocked me. After each episode, the thing goes back TO THE PROFILE SELECTION SCREEN.
The streaming service has ZERO QOL features.

Edit: I decided to try Safari because I was using Firefox. Everything I whined about works. Firefox gets second class treatment because it is harder to control I guess.
In my defence I spoke to Disney+ support and they didn't suggest I do this at all.

Just recalled... one major gripe I have is Disney+ will tell you to fark off if you're travelling. Have to VPN back to ZA in order to access content.

Netflix has both skip intro and also shows skip to next episode when credits start playing. I figure the unions for writers and other production crew hate that but they somehow got it in there.

PiP is picture in picture. Like I can sneak in Bob's Burgers as a tiny little floating Window while doing other stuff. Netflix and YouTube, even DStv stream I'm currently paying for the world cup has it.

For 4K, you can only watch 4K on TVs for some odd reason. No idea why they do it that way.

I'm guessing you're watching on an "adult" account. Disney+ goes to next episode on adult accounts, but on kids accounts it only plays one episode at a time.

Oh, yes I think thats what we do. The kids accounts were terrible so I just let them use adult accounts, anything remotely fun was hidden.

There is not much porn on Disney and both my kids just watch stuff for their ages. So I don't bother with Disney restrictions.

Slight correction, that isn't how it works. My phone can play 4K from YouTube and whenever Netflix decides to let me watch in 4K.
My MacBook also is 4K.

My guess is they punish people on computers because they think we're all bloody filthy pirates. Ironic because this treatment makes you want to pirate anyway.
