The other side of the coin. I have tribesmen in business in Zim and they tell me they are flooded with Zimbos who worked or were working in SA, well-qualified and experienced, desperate, just not enough work for them, obviously.

My order got delivered by a coloured guy in a car.

It isn't "thickness" the poorest south africans just lack that hustle culture of doing anything for money that the foreigner that came here have. They'll depend on 1 family member with a job to take care of 10 unemployed. And if they want to do it like that and remain poor that is their own problem.

Those South Africans have jobs or their own businesses.

Checkers or whoever will get South African drivers if they set up a reasonable plan to loan out repay the bikes, get drivers licensed and actually show what these guys really make.

The local unemployed township kid just doesn't have the means to buy a cheap bike just to go get a license for something that is not guaranteed.

And the learners test filters out anyone just too stupid to do it.
