Yes thanks. I want the Vodacom 5G to start on the 1 Aug and no later. There is coverage. She said I should apply on the 28 Jul to allow processing time and router delivery by the 31st. Is this correct?

That should be fine yes :) might even come earlier like next Day, however we tend to allow up to 48 hours
 
So after discussing internally there was a small DDoS last night which would have had the impact until mitigations came into play. So that would explain the brief interruption but not seeing anything on our graphs.
 
Are we having any issues on vumatel aerial in JHB, I cant access X.com and other international sites are intermittent, and a VPN fixes it and works fine on Vodacom.

Edit- just did a speed test while I'm working out what's going on.

Yeah and its been doing this for ages, I wont lie I'm not a happy customer.
Just bought a VPN and its working smoothly now.
Hi, This sounds more like an MTU related issue. Which is why a VPN fixes the issue.

Which router are you using?

I have an EdgeRouter ER-4 - I have noticed that a restart does fix it sometimes, so not sure if getting a new ip helps the issue or if it's an isp issue.

I see my MTU is 1492

If it were a full on ISP issue there will be multiple people complaining

Yeah almost always a Ubiquiti thing, you can try drop your MTU to 1400 for instance and see if the issue goes away.
