Only reason there is no loadshedding is because there is no more industry left that are heavy power users. If you lose all the biggest customers, who take over half of the power you produce, you will not have any problem providing power to the rest, even if a good part do not pay. If they all were running still we would be sitting with stage 8 loadshedding every day, and with the only time you would be uaranteed power would be possibly an hour or three around midnight, and possibly on a Sunday or public holiday.
