New rules for petrol and diesel rationing, and a level 3 fuel shortage emergency in South Africa

Just amazing. How much did it cost the state to compile this and how long the indaba went on for?
I also wonder how much it's going to cost the consumer to, yet again, make provision for the stockpile of crude oil that we once had and was sold off for peanuts.

Amazing how our Government create work and tender opportunities.
 
We used to have reserves ... then we sold them for less that market price so the cadres could eat ..
