Handheld mobile devices to scan for illegal foreign nationals are coming to South Africa

The Department of Home Affairs has issued a tender to appoint a service provider to develop handheld devices with built-in biometric readers to verify the status of a foreign national.

This provider will be contracted to create and support a Biometric Case Management System (BCMS) to determine in real time whether an individual is in South Africa illegally in the field.

That's what multi-IMSI is there for. Why would they need starlink?

Because even with a SIM from every cellular network there isn’t connectivity everywhere.

Ask yourself why Vodacom has a deal with Starlink…

The device is already available. The tender is a formality. The winner of the tender is the biggest bidder to Tony Leon's resolve. Resolve/ luthuli house...same thing.

I wonder what device they use in America. Wait maybe Israel. Won't be Chinese as thats ANC and backdoors built in

They already have them, and use them. did they forget to renew the license on the Morpho scan devices they have, or have they all been "misplaced" or "broken", and are languishing in cupboards at police stations and Home Affairs offices.

Sold for cash they have.
I knew they had such devices but couldn't for the life of me remember which ones. Morpho, yep, those ones.
This is simply a means to creating another gravy trough to feed on.

The Wynberg, Cape Town HA office already uses these Morpho scanners. I was there in May to get a PR certificate and used one. But it only looks at fingerprints

Are they looking for a different system?

Very good news! No one wants the rest of Africa or Bangladesh here.

Plenty of the legal immigrants have been forced to leave as well, even a lot that both were citizens and permanent residents, and who were actually contributing both tax wise and work wise. they left because the vast unwashed mob does not know, or care, about paperwork, only that they are different. Thus SA loses experienced people even more, due to poor decisions by politicians who decided that ignoring problems, and stopping programs that provided relief, were better so they could use the money for increases, bigger cars, bigger bonuses for the cadres.

Why re-inventing the wheel?
The Nazi's just looked at nose and jawline to determine who belongs. We should just do the same. Much cheaper and efficient. Also about the costs of deportations... there was a solution for that as well. Rather than tyres they could use ovens?
If we gonna go full retard, let's do it!

I haven't heard of anyone here legally being forced to flee. Most of us are sick of all the Nigerians corrupting everything and taking over. I was held up by illegal Zimbabweans in my own home. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
