Clear now, but had the same with the loss originating on the first twelve99 hop and then some carrying through to destination.
Thanks will look for some trends.

Have you heard anything why AWS is doing this? happening again. or its just this again @bHOLDher how are you running ?

I logged a ticket on Fri, support called me saying there was an issue that should be resolved. My evening packet loss was resolved, the last 3 nights looked clean on smokeping again.
My problem showed up as loss starting at hop #2 on your screenshot and continuing down from there (Wed & Thu night).
Well smokeping shows 0.5ms increase in ping last night so I guess the line started noticing traffic loads, but not significant enough for me to notice or complain. I guess there are more than one issue here?

Is there some kind of routing problem to Europe atm. Specifically AWS Ireland for me.

Oof, yeah that doesn't look good, unfortunately it seems to be within AWS's network from what I can tell

I see it on my monitoring as well to a game server. Seems to have started around 11:45

(Ignore those 100% hop hostnames/IP's, Pingplotter glitch as this wont be our international IPT provider, but instead, local peering)

Seems they have fixed it for CPT already at 3pm
JHB seems to be ongoing

I am suspecting a possible issue with CINX peering, and I wonder if the AWS issues are possibly related, as I know AWS peers at CINX too, check these 2 screenshots, both have the 4-5ms latency increase from CISP's core in CPT to the destination.

I could be wrong, but might be worth checking out :)
