Looking to find one in store that I can pick up now.
In the mean time, how long would it take to get Openserve out? Would it be today or is that unrealistic?
It really depends, as there has been instances of same day, sometimes not. We can only provide the within 24-72hr SLA unfortunately.

Scoop is usually a good place to get things like this, but not 100% sure if they do walk-in purchases, I've only ever ordered online.
Perhaps you can give them a call first to see if they do walk-ins.

So where I currently live we have OpenServe, honestly never had issues. We are going overseas in the next 8 to 10 months so going to be renting for a while. Sold the house etc. just waiting for the Work Visa's to be issued and expat stuff to be finalised for Ireland etc.
Where we are moving to there seems to be TT Connect and Frogfoot - I have never heard great things about either one, so just looking for some advice from the Cool Team which is the better of 2 bad ones. There is a chance for a place with Vuma and I was with Vuma for years and never had issues, but its not looking likely so want to check which of the 2 out of TT or Frog is the better bad one to go for.

Do you perhaps have more information (or an announcement) on this? Is it just CISP customers? Or is it affecting the entire ZA? Is there anywhere I can go to find more info on this?
Both TT Connect and Frogfoot has not really seen much issues as of late, but if I were to pick one, I would go with Frogfoot, as they tend to provide more information on network incidents, and their support is normally really good in my own experience. Regardless of the issue.
I'm not entirely sure on the scope of impact, however I have verified that the loss seems to persist even over an alternative network such as cloudflare. We know as much as you know at this stage, but were hoping to gather more info accordingly.
Since we mainly see the loss out of JHB to the Ip's were monitoring, we did try and de-peer in JHB, however the loss remained when going via CPT. Thus changes were reverted.
Unfortunately I don't have a resource to share at this time.

Thank you. Still really hoping for Vuma, but its in a Complex in Benoni so looks like its only Frogfoot. I have cancelled my OpenServe with CI and will place the order for the FF as soon as we have a move in date. I am hopeful that you did not just jinx it @CoolEscalator
