Tips to Boost your eBucks - 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027

FNBy cheque free... 500 points for a active youth account, OR 1000 points for growing youth savings account. - if there is a fee/reversal/withdraw on the savings account the account wont "grow" by the required amount and 0 points awarded with no cheque.
Yes, understood. Im gona cancel the payment to cheque only, not close it. There are no money in the cheque, just used as a conduit to increase the savings before the new rule came into play.

If you got your Apple device 2 years ago when the scheme launched to get R20k back in eBucks, and if like me your statements are generated on the 7th of the month, then like me your last payment was yesterday and the M3 I got 2 years ago is now paid off.

Anyone going again?

So I bought my device in July 2024. So yes, my plan is to buy another item this month.

there were statements? I do see budget balance is zero so another 24months can start - stock seems more limited now-a-days :crying:

I asked a few days ago and they said the monthly payments for the budget facility are taken on the day your statement is generated. But for those wondering, If you go to the app and click on your account, go to “account options”, select “detailed balance” and it tells you how much you have left on your budget facility.

You can buy from any of the partner stores as long as you opt in.

Useful for those that bought on budget, I bought with my Fusion card.

I thought it had to be on budget facility on the CC over 24 months. I’ve also got the Fusion account though, so how do the repayments work on that or is it just treated as a normal debit and you get the eBucks back over 24 months?

Fusion you pay the R24k upfront then earn ebucks back every month

On PC I have R3000 to money maximiser , and R2500 for "investment account", monthly.

Is it ok to remove the investment about and not lose points?

Money Maximizer falls under the 7 day savings rule. Can you elaborate as to what you want to do?

Yes , I want to reduce my saving/investments for the next few month without affecting my reward level.

So am I understanding correctly.
I should stop contributing the R3000 to money maximizer (don't see any benefit in that) and up my saving to R2750?

The one where you get 60% back on PC and 100% on PW? The PW is a no brainer! I got a PS5 for basically a 60% discount for when GTA6 launches, done next month. Will definitely see if there is something I can get.

Btw you can get more than one device so you don’t need to max it on one thing or at one time.

Oh I also thought it had to be via budget facility.

Edit: As an FNB Private Clients customer, you can now get up to 60% back in eBucks on new device and appliance purchases from the eBucks Partner Shop using your FNB Credit Card or Fusion Card; as well as from FNB Connect through a fixed term contract or by paying with your FNB Fusion Card.

Has anyone tried paying a bill online with Clicks on the 15th Family Day. I normally get 15% back but if the 30% works I’ll pay my bill earlier.
