yeah they cut down on mayo

also they moved the cooldrinks to behind the counter so you need to ask a cashier to get you a refill

not all of them, some have it still outside,
and some give you mayo packets without paying R1 each,

and the free Whopper JR is now only available if you buy food totaling up to R100
although I think the managers have discretion with that, as they often ring it up on less then that.
