New Huawei MatePad Air announced — a tablet with the promise of PC-level productivity

Huawei announced the launch of the next-generation MatePad Air, which it promised will offer PC-level productivity paired with smart device portability.

Central to this is the 12-inch display, which offers a 2800×1840 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio, and 1,200 nits peak brightness, with a 4.6 mm ultra-narrow bezel.

Its an Android derivative tablet effectively, its useless in general.

Probably HarmonyOS. Would be an awesome piece of tech if they just allowed Android or Windows to run on it.

Chinesium HarmonyOS or something like that, with full backdoor capability to the CCP. Try entering Tianamen Square as a search term and see what happens

Looks like a tablet well specified for creative work. Unfortunately with HarmonyOS this will be limited to using CapCut and Snapseed.
