Vuma has confirmed the issue, and are observing errors on their Uplink ports for 2 OLT's

They have Technicians en route to replace the SFP Modules

TRI-JB3-DC21-A21-BNG2 is working for me luckily
 
I don't want to speak too soon, but for the last hour it seems Vumatel resolved the issue, someone else in my area with a different ISP also said their line is healthy again.

Unfortunately not much updates as yet, so I can't comment at the moment.

Latest update was at 18:10:
Case has been logged with the vendor to investigate
