I think it is thermobaric rounds that creates flames, So range of 800m sounds accurate to me.

It is called that due to how artillery is named. Example is the TOS-1A Solntsepek. So it is a mini war crime machine. Regardless if ukr forces or ru forces use I hate that thing regardless who uses that.
