Im talking about the one with the pipe. Condenser which hot is in the room with the hot pipe blowing hot air out the window. I have one (it’s sitting in the storeroom), i even made a hole in the wall for the pipe so I could close the window, still was ****.

A normal aircon the hot condenser is outside.

Mine works fine. Got the 12k BTU GMC

I will bet a split unit is more efficient than portable even in gp because it’s not fighting condenser.

Works on temperature differential . The bigger the difference between the temp that it is and the temp you want it to be the better it will work

Oh it will definitely be yes, cause you've split the hot and cold parts :-), a portable unit is fighting the ambient temp and the condensors.

Condenser is still in room. I’ll find a long winded YouTube video after my crap that explains it.

That is a cape town problem which is solved if you fill out the disconnect forms to avoid the R6k per month fines.

FF+ wouldn't do that. Just saying.

No, it is a everywhere problem.
COC's cannot be given for where inverters do not have an NRS certification where a system is grid connected. This will affect your insurance. Have a problem needing insurance and they could refuse to payout regardless of coc if the coc is irregularly issued.

It is in the ekh and jhb documentation and has been for years

This is nothing about political parties, other than them doing their job and enforcing the laws. It is national legislation.

I know you have had a bee in your bonnet about this, but as shown multiple time s before you are wrong

To be 80% off-grid is easy. To be truly off-grid gets very expensive and in those cases the person concerned wouldn't be quibling on the cost of a cheap volumetric clone
