Minister rejects allegation that firm with access to 500 government computers poses cyberespionage threat
Minister of Forestry, Fisheries, and the Environment, David Maynier, said there was no evidence that a company granted access to over 500 government computers had cyberespionage capabilities.
He was responding to Parliamentary questions from MK MP Musawenkosi Gasa, who had questioned whether national security assessments were conducted before the unnamed company was chosen.
