Flatten it and build something new. You can always turn it into an apartment block which is getting quote common. I know of a few houses now where Pam Golding bought the old house for about R5 million, then flattened it and built 8 townhouses in its place and sold it for R5 million each, thus making R35 million more than they paid for it, less the building costs obviously.
