Johannesburg's automated speed cameras have been inactive for seven months as the City has failed to appoint a new service provider.

I've noticed that since fuel prices went up, there are fewer speeders on the highway, and more people crawling along at 100km/h on the N1. Sooooo no need for the speed cameras, Donald Trump has you covered.
