MetroFibre + CoolIdeas speeds crawling in later afternoon and evening

It would be rather stupid to mess with customers and their Netflix experience.
If you understood me properly you'd understand that the streaming traffic gets priority and everything else struggles.
My current service provider does that to us, every single day, and they insist I must replace my router. When we did, and the result was the same, they then denied everything and implied my computer is the problem.

Also unlikely, to traffic shape traffic these days costs more than just buying more capacity. What's more than likely is you may have some minor packet loss on your service (especially at peak times) and that effects higher latency traffic.

Who is your fibre provider?

@CoolEscalator - this is good news. I saw my connection drop and come back again, so lets see. I appreciate you asking more clarity on their side, in this way we'll know. Thanks for monitoring, hopefully this is all sorted :)
Feedback from MFN: Seems like they had some capacity issues with one of the three uplinks from this OLT.
They advised there was one that had a 1x3 1G , and then they have Two 1x4 10G uplinks as well for a total of 3 uplinks from the OLT.

So they moved you/our VLAN from the 1x3 1G to one of the 10G ones which resolved the issue. They are planning to rectify this in the near future with a change control.
