Sorry but the two doesn't even begin to compare. This is just more proof of the collusion in SA allowing one or two companies to hog the market and not a real achievement.
One is BEE compliant and the other not.

Well, a bit moot since we can’t get Starlink here. I’d say in two years they’ll have enough sats to be quite useful. Starlink also started small.
