Absolute nonsense. Like I said, I did my license back in 2004, the old school written k53 test.17% indicates a serious problem with the testing and training, NOT the students doing the test, that much is obvious.
Would love to know what bellends are running or setting the exam questions <-- they're the problem.
I redid it in stellenbosch a couple of weeks back, on the new computer based test. I passed first time, with no preparation - and you do also get 3 practice questions to familiarise yourself with the system.
If that test overwhelms a candidate, then they have no business operating a motor vehicle.
The problem lies squarely in the ability of the people takin the test, and is proof of how many were obviously bribing thier way through previously when it was manually marked
