Well, like the perp responsible for the attack in Berlin, the man responsible for the bomb threat was also a "German citizen". However, no further details were ever given about him after he killed himself. I guess that's how we know he wasn't Muslim, though, because he only killed himself, and not a whole crowd of innocent people, too.
