He was a billionaire not sure what your point is. He has however managed to use his office to add several billion to his worth this time.

His newly acquired wealth is mostly from Crypto.

It has absolutely nothing to do with his office or misuse of a government position.
He was already famous before becoming president. His fame and name recognition is why he became president and also why he can make money of something like a Trump coin.

He's pleading the 5th. It does seem dodgy but his fears that the weaponised DoJ under Trump might not try find a pretext to prosecute him. They've already done that to some of Trump's enemies. Enemies Trump demanded be prosecuted.

He wouldn't have made thos Crypto billions if he weren't president. The pardon for the binance scammer is using his office and the gulf people gave their money over to buy favours from the US president. They wouldn't have done that if he weren't president. Those AI chips are some of the motivation the gulf investment funds gave their money over to Trump and his associates.

He doesn't get 5th amendment protection.

It is kinda like how our truth and reconciliation commission worked. He is not guilty for running bioweapon labs that leaked Covid or torturing dogs, but now he needs to spill the beans.

I wish the DOJ was weaponised, they are still very incompetent and slow to go after basic and obvious Democrat criminals. Like the opposite of a weaponised DOJ.
