The history of the area goes way back to before the existence of either countries... there was even a time when "Morocco" controlled a big chunk of Spain.

I was just showing how contentious the situation is. Its not unique either.

It's not inside Morocco, as much as any border along another country is inside another.

Ceuta only borders with Morocco and the sea, Spain is across that sea. Its an odd situation... much like Gibraltar.

It would have been based if Morocco did an actual invitation. But I don't get the planning here. Send over thousands with no resources, nobody even had a backpack, and then? Just rely on Spanish weakness. This was obviously well coordinated.
