Vodacom Group's chief financial officer, Raisibe Morathi, is a business veteran who has led some of the group's biggest deals, including its 55% acquisition of Vodafone Egypt in 2022.

Morathi has served in the position for nearly six years and made an estimated R68.8 million in the 2026 financial year, according to the group's latest remuneration report for the year ended 31 March.
