The woman who makes R100,000 per month with her online township business selling sneakers, hair extensions, and blankets

More rubbish. She doesn't make R100,000 a month. Her total revenue is R100,000 a month.
 
I have a tenant in a flat who pays R10k a month rent

She just bought a Toyota Hybrid car, new out the box. She left her job with an NGO and has an on-line shop selling sneakers, hair extension, female accessories, underwear, plastic containers, small kitchen appliances

She always pays the rent on time, had the flat painted and floors sanded and sealed at her expense.

I was given a pair of sneakers which are a rip-off of New Balance shoes. Very comfortable but too hot to wear in summer
