AI can be categorised alongside alcohol, drugs, etc. It is only a problem when you become dependent on it, and those dependencies create bad habits, and a habit isn't easily shaken.

Sugar isn't bad, it is pure evil.

Idk imho there's nothing wrong with both sugar and salt but I guess one has to define what we are talking about and how we are using them.

1 tsp sugar isn't quite the same as getting it in yourself when it's for example part already without being added to it and that thing isn't something like coke but say glass of milk.

Eitherway starving yourself of it and demonizing it isn't helping either.

Then I suppose I can say if it's needed by what you do to what degree vs 24.7 sitting only qauffing cokes…
