ICASA raises alarm over possible collusion between Vodacom and MTN

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) has said that the identical pushback and highly similar product offerings from mobile network operators (MNOs) suggest possible collusion.

This comes after Vodacom and MTN launched legal challenges against ICASA’s new regulations for mobile bundle rollover and expiry, delaying their implementation.

Vodacom raised four primary concerns surrounding the new rules: out-of-bundle usage, bundle rollovers, bundle transfers, and the exemption of mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs).
Well, no expiring data is being provided by MTN (or rather Pi by MTN)

Sorry, is it illegal to offer the same products and pricing as a competitor? It's public knowledge what the terms and pricing are. It seems a little strong worded to immediately say you observe collusion since that is accusing of a criminal action in SA.
