Good place to take my gtx 1070ti for repair in cape town

Do not mention chaos computers, they cant do board level repairs,they send it away.
I know its a old card but it s not making the pc power on.When i unplug it from the board the pc starts up fine.When i plug the card back in the pc wont power on.I tried another power supply and the same thing happens.So i guess the card is shorting out.

I dont care if repairs cost 1000 rand,i just want it fixed.
Any suggestion when i can take it to...thanks again

If the card was shorting out, you would see smoke possibly, but your power supply would make a ticking noise and the computer would not even turn the CPU fan, you would see a small half-turn on the CPU fan when pressing the POWER button.

A short like that is a serious problem, likely beyond economical repair.

If the computer turns on and there's no display that's likely a corrupt GPU BIOS
