Please be advised that we are currently investigating a connectivity issue being experienced by one of our upstream providers.
Updates regarding this will be posted as soon as possible and as further information becomes available.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Please note that we have temporarily dropped one of our transit providers after detecting high latency on this affected link. This is being done to alleviate performance issues whilst the latency issue is addressed.

Please be advised that the connectivity issue is still ongoing and remains under investigation by our network engineers and upstream providers.

We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

We apologize for the continued inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

As of 01:28 this morning, we have identified the issue which was primarily affecting international connectivity.

Connectivity has since stabilized, and we are continuing to closely monitor the network to ensure that services remain stable.

We thank you for your patience and understanding while we continue to monitor the situation.

Are the issues fixed? Client of mine says connection keeps dying to his server & SSH feels sluggish.

On my side, SSH also feels sluggish, on a server provisioned 3 days ago
