Goes without saying really, every country in the world that matters has a legal clause allowing the state to expropriate land for the public good, the difference is every one of them except South Africa's ANC recognizes the right to fair compensation for that land. Just the ANC looking for another free hand out while it enslaves its population and loots the economy.
