I have been enjoying making my own homemade foods lately and Im finding that once I have the recipes down to my tastes that everything just tastes better.
I have my bread, beer and biltong recipes tuned in but I just cant find a droewors Im happy with.

Anyone got any recipes that they think are worth a try?

Best to source it fresh from the boer in its natural flaccid state otherwise it will be bony when phallic…

I mean sure, there are plenty of them in 'Straya but they are generally harder to come by than you would think...

what biltong recipe do you use? I'm making mine today. I use the spice from meat world, but keen on making my own
