There's a video floating around of an interview with a woman who works as a security guard at the cemetary.

She claims that it's different Black and Indian dudes, as opposed to the same guys "coming" there repeatedly. Says they look clean & well dressed.

My weird theory /suspicion is that this is connected to one of those " bring back lost lover" type "healers" telling his clients to go do this as a possible cure for something.

It's the closest thing to a rational explanation that I can think of, given that this graveyard is very old and this is a recent occurrence , regularly up to 3 times a week, different people,according to the video.
