Hi all.

woke up to no signal on my Telkom simcard, which is used for with axxess for uncapped LTE - after rebooting my phone, it again showed no signal but after a minute the signal returned, but still no mobile data. Whenever my phone is rebooted, it again looses signal for a few minutes on Telkom, before eventually connecting but no data.

This only started happening after the update..

I received an email on Tuesday: We have moved your Telkom LTE service onto our upgraded LTE platform. You do not need to do anything, as your SIM and router stay exactly as they are.

Was offline this morning, did a router reboot and we back, checked now and its UP

Hey guys after the LTE sim update I selected the option for my sim to have a public IP since having a public IP is a none negotiable for me.

Ever since changing the APN and inputting the new required “yourinternet” APN my router refuses to connect to any 4G bands.

You can reboot the router 100 times and it will stay on 3G.

Is anyone facing a similar issue?

Router is tplink mr600 v2

Hy i found a workaround but it a pain in the ass put it on auto then 4g bands will connect along the way I'm not sure if that's how they configured their network if so i will be moving from them soon because even local pings are up and down from 40 to 80ms while telkom was 17-30 consistently now gaming is freezing on my pubg

After what feels like hours of rebooting it finally connected. trace route suggests that breakout can be either JHB or CT now. Only way around this is to reboot and pray that you get an IP that breaks out in CT.

Their data bundles seems expensive now since no night data we are tested here @Captain Axxess
