Children in the US, some as young as 11, were allegedly ordered by a South African teenager to perform sex acts on themselves and to torture and even behead their own pets.

And they allegedly had to film what they were doing and send the footage to him.
The shocking claims are contained in the charge sheet against the teenager, laying bare what he allegedly put the children through before his arrest at the upmarket Mount Royal Golf and Country Estate on Monday.

He was home-schooled and had left a high school in Malmesbury midway through 2024 after two terms there.
Eleven American children aged between 11 and 17 have laid complaints against the boy.
He was charged with seven sexual offences, two counts under the cybercrimes law and two counts of animal cruelty.
The charges spanned seven months, from January this year until police nabbed him on Monday.
He was 15 when the alleged offences began.

From failing Grade 8 to an FBI bust: Malmesbury teen's troubled path to '764' charges

The Malmesbury teenager arrested in an FBI-tipped raid for ordering American children to sexually abuse themselves and mutilate animals struggled so badly at school that a psychometrist recommended he be excused from writing his third-term exams that year.
His performance that year - 2024, when the report was compiled - was dismal, his marks in key subjects halving in a single term.

Afrikaans dropped from 75% to 49%, English from 86% to 43%, maths from 66% to 23%, natural science from 74% to 20% and digital technology from 76% to 16%.
The psychometrist recommended he be tested for autism, that he repeat Grade 8 and be taught in English rather than Afrikaans, his home language.

The report, seen by IOL, formed part of the state's papers in the case, which included a request for the 16-year-old to be examined by a district surgeon.

It is understood that the boy worked at a desk with two screens, a mechanical keyboard, a gaming headset, and a studio-style microphone, with a cellphone propped up beside them and LED strips glowing along the wall and under the desk.
Let that be a lesson to you double screen, mechanical keyboard and LED loving sickos.

Surely this person must be a sociopath or psychopath?
If they feel nothing to seriously abuse young children and animals.

The guys parents must be really weird/negligent, probably very wealthy and not interested in having a child other than to play along with the "good family" role, the parents are probably focused on work and spending money/outward appearances.

that room looked like a dungeon in a squatter camp.

Empathy is woke and suicidal, remember. Uber nerd Elon said so and who is this chap to disagree.

This sounds like the 764 group.

People as sick as sick gets

i was a school with some guys who had parents like that.
not particularly interested in their kids - the catch-all solution is to chuck money at them - anything else is inconvenient and may impinge on their social life.

the annual big rugby match was quite the sight to behold.
they would arrive in droves, some even dragging their servants along - to wait on them, hand and foot.
mrs barrington-smythe trying to surreptitiously outshine mrs khumalo, who is competing with mrs rabinowitz who is insanely jealous of mrs govender . . . .

a friend's parents were getting divorced, mother enrolled him and his brother at the school for no other reason than to spite the father.
father waited patiently to return the favour.
during a rugby match one year, he sent a tow truck to the school to quickly and quietly remove mother's jaguar

No, too much empathy. Not empathy itself.

You can have empathy for someone, but you can limit the extent to which you act in response to that empathy. The whole concept of "suicidal empathy" was devised to justify narcissistic behaviour.
